One of biggest LPG cylinder manufactures from bangladesh booked 3500mts LPG cylinder steel -pickled steel with our company on 28th Sep: SG295-2.5*1062mm*C.
Once we received this order, we arranged SHOUGANG GROUP to produced this lot cargo immediately, and SHOUGANG finished producion within one month. Then we arranged shipped out first 2000mts pickled LPG cylinder steel coil on 24th Nov and the vessel name is "TOYO WORLD" . This vessel arrived Dakar port on 19th Dec, and the user will received this lot cargo this week.
LPG cylinder steel -pickled steel produced by SHOUGANG is with high quality, good malleability, which production rate of finished products is as high as 99.5%.

Steel-making Line: Equipped with three 150t top-bottom combined blown converters, three LF refining furnaces, one RH vacuum refining furnace.
The Rolling System: Includes one 1700mm hot rolling line and two level off productions lines, with the annual capacity of 2 million tons.
Continuous Pickling Line: The high speed turbulence TURBOFIO technology was imported from Danieli, designed annual production capacity is 1million tons.
Shougang introduced the quality process control (QPC) information management system. 54 key parameters and 450 important production parameters were included in the online quality detection to achieve automatic system judgment. The accuracy of comprehensive judgment exceeded 95%, which provides support for quality control and analysis and improvement，realizing the whole process information sharing from steelmaking to pickling , providing a new platform for the improvement of Shousteel's product quality.
The hot rolling and pickling lines are equipped with parsytec online inspection system to realize online detection, monitoring and determination of the surface quality of all hot rolls.
The pickling line introduces Germany's advanced online edge drop gauge thickness measurement system. The thickness measurement is carried out on the full length of the strip, and three points on the width direction is dynamically measured (the center point and the two sides points which are located at a distance of 40 mm from the edge). The thickness and precise crown of the strip are ensured.
Shougang has the most advanced laboratory in the domestic metallurgical industry, and has a third-party accredited laboratory that independently undertakes testing. The test data has industry authority and legal effect. There are more than 600 sets of testing equipment, including more than 140 sets of imported equipments.
Mainly including: Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrometer, X-Fluorescence Spectrometer, Direct Reading Spectrometer, American Force Carbon and Sulfur Analyzer, and Fixed Sulfur Analyzer. Hydrogen analyzer and oxygen nitrogen analyzer, German carbon sulfur analyzer, German Zeiss scanning electron microscope(SEM), automatic impact testing machine, automatic tensile testing machine of Instron Company of the United States, German tensile testing machine, fully automatic multi-station Metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine, automatic impact sample processing center, etc.
